Our role
- Ndihma Plus is a recruitment agency acting as an intermediary between the customer and the person being hired.
- The agency is not a part in the work contract between the customer and the person being hired.
- We treat equally the customers and candidates; our goal is to have a match; both sides reserve the right to accept/refuse the deal.
- Being in the market for many years, we positively influence both sides to introduce conditions in their agreement which will protect them in the long run.
Job Posts
- Job posts stay published for a limited period.
- Although the agency is advising the customer, the customer has the final word on the job post content.
Profile Posts
- Profile posts stay published for a limited period
- The agency has no guarantee on the availability of the profiles being posted, the customer should check for themselves.
Background checks
- The background checks performed by the agency consist in: taking a copy of the ID card, several in-person interviews with the candidate and double checking their work references.
- With a special request from the customer, it can be extended to a criminal records check, with the customer paying additional fees for the service.
Training
We offer formal, on the job or ad-hoc training for most of our staff or members of our network, however this cannot be guaranteed 100% of the time, it will be explicitly mentioned when it is the case.
